Request deletion of your BlipOut account
You can request deletion of your BlipOut account and personal data. For account security, deletion requests should be submitted from the signed-in BlipOut account or from the email address or phone number linked to that account.
How to request deletion
- Open BlipOut and sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Visit https://blipout.com/delete-account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
- BlipOut customer care will verify ownership and process the request.
What may be deleted
BlipOut removes or anonymizes account profile data, saved addresses, support context, notification tokens, and other personal data that is no longer required to operate the service or meet legal obligations.
What may be retained
Some order, payment reference, wallet, refund, dispute, delivery proof, tax, safety, fraud-prevention, support, and legal records may be retained where required. Razorpay payment records are handled by Razorpay under its own policies.
